Who we are
S N Enterprises (“SNE”, “we”) is a commercial property agency at #20, 59th Street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai 600083. This policy covers snechennai.in and the emails we send from it.

When you browse without an account
Our pages set two cookies with random ids, one for your browser (kept a year) and one for your visit (ended after 30 minutes away). With them we see which pages a visit looked at, for how long, how far down, and which links and buttons were pressed. Never what you type into a form or the search box.
We also note where a visit came from (a search engine, another site, or a campaign link's tags), your city, region and mobile or broadband network as our content network (Cloudflare) reports them, and your browser, system, connection speed and language. We never keep your IP address.
A cookie remembers the kind of space and the locality you last looked at, so the home page can start from them.
We use this to see what people look for and which pages, listings and campaigns help them. Visit records are deleted after 90 days; daily totals with no ids are kept longer.
If Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on, they also measure visits under their own policies. Google sets its own cookies.

When you ask us to call you back
Your name, number and what you’re looking for, to call you back and find you space.

When you have an account
Your email address, which is how you sign in, and, if you give them, your name, company and phone number.
The properties we share with you, what you tell us about them (interest, questions, site visits), when you open your page, and the documents for your lease. Sign-in codes are stored only in a form that can’t be read back, and expire in minutes.
We use this to show you properties, arrange visits, prepare agreements and invoices, and keep you updated. You can unsubscribe from update emails with the link in each one.

Who handles it for us
Cloudflare (content delivery, security and photo storage), our server provider (where the site and its database run), and Amazon Web Services (sending email). They act on our instructions only.
We share your name and number with a property’s owner or their representative only to arrange a visit or a lease you’ve asked for. We never sell your data, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and to withdraw your consent to updates at any time. Some records of a lease or an invoice have to be kept as the law requires.
