Terms of engagement

For clients to whom SNE introduces commercial property. Last updated 15 September 2026.

  1. 1

    Introductions

    Every property S N Enterprises (“SNE”) shows you is an introduction by SNE, whether on your SNE page, by email, on WhatsApp or in person. Many of them are not publicly listed.

  2. 2

    Brokerage

    If you, your company or anyone acting for you rents or leases a property SNE introduced, a brokerage fee is payable to SNE. The amount is agreed between you and SNE before the agreement is signed, and SNE invoices it in its own name.

  3. 3

    Dealing through SNE

    For 12 months after an introduction, please arrange everything about that property through SNE: not directly with the owner or their representatives, and not privately with any individual who works with SNE. If a property SNE introduced is taken up without SNE during that time, the brokerage fee is still payable.

    Paying SNE

    Pay brokerage only against an SNE invoice, into S N Enterprises’ own account. No agent or member of staff is authorised to collect it personally or in cash. If anyone asks you to, please let us know.

    Confidentiality

    Details and photos on your SNE page are shared with you in confidence. Please don’t forward them to other brokers or publish them.

  6. 6

    Property information

    Property details come from owners and are shared in good faith. Rent, area and availability can change, so please confirm anything that matters to your decision before you commit.

    Your page

    The link to your page is personal to you. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we’ll issue you a new one.
